I just joined and one of the things the challeges said to do was to take the week 4 fitness test. Where do I find this at

You had to have gone back on past challenges, so I looked for you and here you go!
Even if you werent here yet, just do your fitness test now. Im gonna go way back on my blogs(if site lets me) and see what I posted lol.......

Living Room Fitness

Record these stats in your workout log: # of crunches, jumping jacks and squats you can do per minute as well as your resting heart rate.

I know this might sound funny but what is a resting heart beat? I really am not sure.

I'm pretty sure they mean beats per minute while you're body is at a resting state. Not after activity.

Not right upon awakening, not immediately after activity, or right after caffeine, but just your average relaxed heartbeat -you can take it a couple of times and average it out to get a pretty accurate gauge of what it is-then you can figure out what range it should be in for maximum exercise effectiveness(fat burning range)
