This week's challenge refers to a week 4 fitness test. Could someone give a description of that? I did a message board search and came up empty.

You had to have gone back on past challenges, so I looked for you and here you go!
Even if you werent here yet, just do your fitness test now. Im gonna go way back on my blogs(if site lets me) and see what I posted lol.......

Record these stats in your workout log: # of crunches, jumping jacks and squats you can do per minute as well as your resting heart rate.
