A great way to take a fast breakfast is a Milk Shake Tofu and Fruit!
You will be diversifying your protein! :)
An healthy and soooo gooood solution !
You need :
1/3 of a Dessert Tofu package (no flavor)
1 cup of Strawberries or 1/2 cup of Rasberry
1 cup of Milk
a little of sugar Twin.
Pass all that in the blender and Tadam!!
A good Milk Shake Tofu and Fruit!!
