Hi!

A great way to take a fast breakfast is a Milk Shake Tofu and Fruit!

You will be diversifying your protein! :)

An healthy and soooo gooood solution !

You need :

1/3 of a Dessert Tofu package (no flavor)
1 cup of Strawberries or 1/2 cup of Rasberry
1 cup of Milk
a little of sugar Twin.

Pass all that in the blender and Tadam!!

A good Milk Shake Tofu and Fruit!!

I have never had tofu. Can you tell me if it has a particular taste. Also, where in the store do you find it?

They usually have the tofu by the dairy section by the lactose free cheese and organic eggs. I've tried tofu a couple of times. In a shake it is probably good, but to have cubes in a stir fry or something, it has a spongelike consistancy. And it's supposed to take on whatever flavor you are trying to make it.
