I need all of the Jillianisims you can muster, and I know there were some good ones on last weeks show. I am going to make myself some tshirts to wear everyday so that the motivation is right on top of me. So post them up for me PLEASE and I will be sure to take pictures of the shirts when I am done.

What a great idea-I'd like to keep them in an "inspiration log" or maybe some big wall--words for my gym walls!!!

I found a site that would let me design a shirt and post it up. So I have done the first one and will be working on more. If you want to see them there is a link in my blog.
I would be happy to have more isims though, I only have 4 and there are 7 days in a week!

Just a funny about a Jillianism. A favorite is "unless you faint, puke or die...keep walking". Well when she was on Rachel Ray she said that this season someone did just that. They got sick all over her....then the rest of the group started getting sick too. How come we didn't see that on TV?

I'm not sure this is the reason, but I was watching Fear Factor 1-2 years ago and the host said when they were about to eat something gross something like that 'this is the fear factor puke bucket... it is understood that people get sick on this show, but we can't show the people actually throwing up' something about broadcast standards that they could show the people feeling like they were going to barf.. they could show people after they barfed.. but they couldn't show people actually doing the barfing. Just a thought and a possible explanation.

I may be remembering this wrong, but don't they show Tara throwing up almost every week? She is a workout/weight loss machine and they seem to enjoy showing her lose her lunch.

They showed Laura with her head hanging out the window spitting up a little saying she was going to puke, but not really vomiting. Someone barfed on the treadmill (last season?) and I do not think they showed the actual vomiting. Would not want to be the one cleaning that up.
My favorite Jillianism is her take on falling off the wagon from her radio cast:
"If you have a flat tire, are you going to get out of your vehicle and slice the other three tires, or are you going to get out change the flat, get back in your car and keep moving"

Yeah, they showed Tara throwing up when they had to go up and down the hill for that key/getting locked out of the gym challenge. She stopped to throw up, then kept on moving. lol

They have shown Tara throwing up a few times, and i seem to remember a couple of others getting ill also. That Tara will throw up and keep on running though! What a trooper! (Having gotten sick during workouts myself, I've found with glucose monitoring that I get sick when my blood sugar drops too far or too quickly-just a little FYI)
