My name is Christy and I am also new. I have never blogged before but basically I have found a few sections to do this. Under the blog section I am keeping track of my food intake and workouts. You just click on the blog icon and use the drop down menu that says main and pick what you would like to blog. The main is what ever you want to say about yourself or why you here. I also use the boards for encouragement. I scroll through and find interesting topics or groups I fit into and take a peek. Then you post and check replies and basically we here to encourage one another on this difficult journey of weight loss. You can also join a team which I did the 100+ but I haven't quite figured that part out except you can only join one. You can also participate in challenges by clicking on the icon and finding one that interests you and joining. There is a points system that I haven't figured out but you receive points for challenges. Hopes this helps. Look forward to encouraging each other.
Thank you so much for your reply! I was starting to feel very alone. I am going to try to find the blog thing. I think I joined a group and I don't know if it's the right one for me. I don't know how to use it yet. I will also let you know if I figure anything out. I look forward to speaking again. Good luck!
