OK, I know I can not spot reduce, but I would really like to tone my inner thighs. That way, as I work off the layer of fat, there is nice, toned muscle underneath. However, I am not sure how to go about doing this at home. I have small ankle weights, resistance bands and one of those giant exercise balls. I'm just not sure what is best.

I hope that I explain these well but what I do is lay on the floor on my side take my top leg and cross it over my bottom leg and lift my bottom leg up and down. Like a leg lift but you are working your inner thigh instead of outer. Also those pilates rings or circles I forgot what they are called but they have two little cushions on each side place the circle in between your legs cushions where your legs touch the circle and squeeze and relax squeeze and relax. I do these while watching TV sometimes and they work!!! I hope these help!

Squats and lunges.
I love squats, and I HATE lunges. LOL
You don't even need any weight to start out.
Earlier this week, I did a BodyPump class, and today my inner thighs feel like I was riding a horse! LOL

If you have linoleum or hardwood floors try using small towels and doing side lunges, keeping your feet on the towels and dragging your feet back in on the towels 3 x 12 reps each leg all in a squat position. Your inner thighs will thank you in the days to come.
Cheers
