I got up, had some fruit for breakfast, went to the gym and had an awesome workout!! Had energy all day, felt good for once...I am new to this:)

haven't found it in here yet. but try using a food journal, there's free one at fitday.com. it also has a place for an emotional journal as well.
one day at a time is good, but i say one day ahead is better. plan your meal and exercise for the next day so you don't get caught not having a snack and picking something unhealthy or not eating at all.
i'm just starting again, trying to find a local buddy to exercise with me, because that's my biggest problem. if i have someone waiting for me, i'll make sure i go. otherwise, i make excuses.
