It's ok! We all give into weakness sometimes. I know it makes you feel like crap, but
sometimes the urge to eat is stronger than our willpower.
What's important is where you go from here. You can't dwell on the past, because there's nothing
you can do to change it. (Still working on that time machine, btw.

Just make sure that you get back
on track so that this is an isolated incident instead of a downward spiral.
