I tore my left ankle ligament, but I would like to keep doing some exercising. I don't have access to an indoor pool, so pool exercises are out. I'm wearing a walking boot, but whenever I'm up on it for very long my ankle really starts to hurt. I square dance, but have been unable to do that since I injured my ankle. I was also getting ready for my first 5K which is out of the question now. I need help please!!!!!

Well aren't you lucky. I fractured my driving foot. I am completely ticked.
I have for the past three days been doing chair twists and air boxing. My mid-section is sore so I guess it is working. I call it my upper body building strength exercise.
