sad.gif Hi! I'm relatively new to this sight, but have gotten hookedon BL. I've been doing WW since 2/2008 and have lost 70 lbs to date. My primary problem is that I WAS at the last 13-15 pounds to lose, then I went on vacation while my kids were on spring break. My husband and I went to Estes Park, CO and there are tons of excellent places to eat. We stay in a condo so alot of our meals were done in, but the ones that were out were definitely OUT. I took my videos to work out with me and we walked everyday.
But since we've been home, I've not focused on getting back to tracking or much. I'm a foody and am always looking for ways to lighten up recipes.
Any thoughts or ideas would welcome. I purchased a WII fit this week and am not sure if I like it or not yet.

Thanks,
Heather

I know exactly where you are coming from I struggled with those last pounds for several months. Finally when I got serious with the calorie deficit, the weight has come off. What is hard to realize is that as you lose, your RMR lowers so it takes less calories to survive and you burn less calories when you exercise. I use the body bugg and it tells me exactly how many calories I am burning so I know how to adjust my eating to allow for the deficit. I think you can do nearly the same thing on fitday.com. Logging your calorie intake is a must b/c when you are down to those last pounds, every calorie counts. Good luck. You can do it. Don't let yourself go back the other way. You have worked too hard to get here. So you fall off the wagon for a day or two--get back on. Don't forget--this is a lifestyle change--not a diet!
