Hello,

I am new to BLL, and looking for people to share the experience with. I am a teacher, so I am a busy person. I am 46 years old and single with no kids, but I do have a 4 year old Siberian Husky. She is my closest friend, and also a huge responsibility. I was never overweight until I attended college. Before college, I wore a size 6, and now, I seem to be stuck in a size 18w. I have lost some of the weight before, twice, but ended up getting frustrated when I couldn't get below a certain weight and gained some of it back. I am now at 220 pounds, and my goal weight is 120 pounds. Right now, I am working on short term goals, beginning with finding the time to workout every day, and eating appropriately. That in itself will be a big step for me.

I also know from watching the show that it is important for me to find out why I gained all this weight in college, so that will be a part of the journey for me. Both times that I have lost weight, I did it by myself. This time, I want to do it with others. I feel that accountability will make the difference in whether I take it off and keep it off! Who wants to join me?
