ExerciseTV is also on DEMAND (cable) in some markets. When I was in WA state I had Comcast and it was free. I used to do the Jillian Michaels workouts. Now I am in TX and I am not used to the TIME Warner cable on demand. I am not sure if EXTV on demand or not:)

Time Warner Cable does have free EXTV,I live in NYC so I am not sure if it is exactly the same. In New York its one of the higher channels, if that helps any.
