I'm working on a personal challenge and remember Roger Shulz from season 5 lost like 140 lbs or something like that but then I thought Dan or some other later contestant lost more. Just curious, and would appreciate the help. I looked on web but couldnt't find it.
Thanks and continued success!! Steve http://www.LessFatMoreFit.com |

I'm not 100% sure, but I think one of them lost 150 while on the show, but I can't remember who or if that was the actual amount. Good question though. I will keep looking and see if I can find out.

Ok, I just found it. Here is a portion of the article:
Sizing Up the Competition: After a week of glam and some killer last-chance workouts (for everyone but Laura, that is), it was time to step on the scale. Mike achieved a major accomplishment when he lost 5 pounds this week, bringing his total to 145 pounds in 15 weeks and breaking the all-time record for the most weight ever lost on the show. Helen lost an incredible 7 pounds to be this week's biggest loser, which she was thrilled about after what she called a "hectic" week. When it was Laura's turn to get on the scale, she had to be carried because she couldn't put any pressure on her hip. Sadly, she gained 3 pounds...and was up for elimination with Kristin, who also fell below the yellow line. So it was Mike at 145 pounds lost, but did they weigh in again after this episode???
